These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roz mobile application and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Roz ("Roz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order through Roz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Roz is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local stores and merchants ("Merchants") for same-day delivery of products. Roz acts solely as an intermediary connecting customers and Merchants, and facilitates delivery through third-party logistics partners. Roz does not manufacture, own, stock, or sell any products listed on the Platform.
Roz is an "intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is entitled to protections under Section 79 of that Act. Roz does not initiate the transmission of, select the receiver of, or select or modify information contained in, any listing or transaction on the Platform, other than in the ordinary course of technical, automatic, and passive operation.
Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather, merchant readiness, or logistics partner constraints. Roz will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of order status.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Roz does not store your full card or UPI credentials. Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to Merchant and Roz discretion and may be withdrawn for specific orders or areas.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to: misuse the Platform, provide false information, interfere with the operation of the Platform, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roz's total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the platform fee paid by you for that order. Roz is not liable for product quality, defects, or Merchant conduct, which remain the responsibility of the Merchant, nor for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics partners.
Roz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
