These Merchant Terms of Service ("Merchant Terms") govern the participation of stores, shops, and other sellers ("Merchant", "you") on the Roz platform ("Roz", "we", "us"). By listing products or accepting orders through Roz, you agree to these Merchant Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
You are an independent seller and are solely responsible for the products you list, their quality, legality, description accuracy, and fulfilment. Roz is a technology platform that connects you with customers; Roz is not the seller of record for any product you list.
You must provide accurate store information, including store name, address, product catalogue, and bank account details for payouts. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You must accept, prepare, and hand over orders within the timeframe you commit to on the Platform. Consistent delays or cancellations may result in reduced visibility or suspension from the Platform.
Roz charges a platform fee of 10% on top of your listed price, paid by the customer. Payouts of your earnings will be made to your registered bank account on a periodic basis, subject to any applicable deductions (e.g. Return-to-Origin/RTO charges, disputed orders under investigation).
You are solely responsible for the safety, legality, and quality of the products you sell. You agree to indemnify and hold Roz harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your products or conduct, including but not limited to product defects, incorrect listings, or violations of consumer protection law.
You may not list any product that is illegal to sell in India, including but not limited to narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, or items restricted under applicable law.
Orders may be delivered by Roz's third-party logistics partners or by you directly, depending on your configuration. If using Roz's logistics partners, you are responsible for having orders packaged and ready for pickup within the agreed timeframe. You may be required to maintain delivery insurance for high-value items.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As the seller of record, you are responsible for approving legitimate return/refund claims related to product quality or accuracy.
Roz may suspend or remove your store from the Platform for repeated order cancellations, customer complaints, prohibited listings, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Merchant Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roz, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your products, your conduct, or your breach of these Merchant Terms.
These Merchant Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
